Hammersmith

I stopped at Hammersmith for several reasons. I have never walked around this big town before so I decided to explore the shops a little. Popped into King's Mall shopping centre to have a relaxing cup of peppermint tea and a sit down. The server told me the cost the tea is £1.50 whether you have a small, medium or large cup. I found that very amusing. I opted for medium as I wanted to get my money's worth and at the same time I was aware that public toilets are like gold dust. I passed one near the station earlier and there was a charge of 50p entry. Thank goodness I wasn't desperate enough to use it. By the time I left the mall it was dark and raining. Time to get squashed in the overcrowded train home.
