Ruislip
By the time I got to Ruislip, it was getting dark so my journey for the day ended there. Ruislip shops are similar to any busy shopping area. The only big department store is John Sanders.
Ruislip Manor
Shops line both sides of the main road. Nothing extraordinary. Nice, quiet little town to live in. Handy to have a library near the town centre as there is a public toilet inside. I popped in to browse the books for sale.
Eastcote
Rayners Lane
Continuing on the Piccadilly Line from South Harrow to Uxbridge, the next stop is Rayners Lane. A small but busy town with a few unusual shops such as the Cake Box that sells eggless cakes.

Cockfosters
Oakwood
Oakwood station is the second from last on the Piccadilly Line heading north. I did not stay here for long as there was nothing much to see or do.
Southgate
Southgate station is circular in shape with shops and eateries around it. The main shopping street is Chase Side. There are several large green parks but not within walking distance from the station.
Arnos Grove
Moving into the Borough of Enfield, the next stop is Arnos Grove. The main feature of Arnos Grove is Arnos Park. Shops line the road between Arnos Grove and Southgate which is the next stop on the Piccadilly Line.
Bounds Green
Bounds Green is a residential area with shops to meet the local people. It is within easy reach of Wood Green where the main shopping city is.

Manor House
I am now in the Borough of Haringey. Manor House is a very small town with few shops for the locals to get their necessities.
